I am a Researcher at Interdigital's Machine Learning and AI Lab at Palo Alto, CA. I obtained my Phd in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University under the guidance of Dr. Chandan K. Reddy and Masters in Computer Science under the guidance of Dr. Hongwei Zhang. I was a postdoctoral researcher at DMML lab, Arizona State University, advised by Dr. Huan Liu.

I am mainly interested in graphical and generative models, probabilistic deep learning and approximate inference methods. I also have broad interest in applying these techniques to user personalization, information retrieval, recommendation systems and other emerging problems in machine learning.
